Sebastián is responsible for the development, monitoring, and implementation of LWBC communications and public engagement strategies, particularly for projects in Latin America.
Sebastián holds a Bachelor's degree in History (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and a Master's degree in Political Science (Université Laval). He has held several positions within networks and coalitions of international cooperation organizations. He has worked for Cooperation Canada and Spur Change, an initiative of the Inter-Council Network (ICN). During his studies in Chile and Quebec, Sebastián was involved in student and university organizations, remaining involved afterward in local and transnational civil society to advance the cause of human rights and citizens' participation.
He has been a member of the LWBC team since September 2021.
